My brother and my mom are leaving for South Carolina in a couple of days for a cooking contest. It's a really umm, ridiculous story leading up to it, but basically they're competing for a $100,000 prize based on a caramel cheesecake recipe. Naturally I'd like him to win the whole thing but I also think it's pretty cool that he's going to be on the Food Channel and has even made it this far.

Today my horoscope said that I should start *something* today b/c whatever I start will be big. Well I did get my yoga business cards proof today and I'm testing out podcasting software tonight and so those both have potential. But mostly I'm feeling like I'm really standing on my own two feet and that's pretty big in itself.
