i like to rock the party / by vanessa

So I've been living here for a year now, and I finally made it to Olympic Spa in K-town. My friend Nina and I went. She's a peach. Anyway so here's the thing about Korean spas -- they're nekked, y'all. I obviously didn't know this, else I wouldn't have been the ONLY one in the dressing room putting on her bathing suit. I'm also not especially observant b/c the whole one-of-these-things-is-not-like-the-other flew right past me as I strolled into the pool room and attempted to get into one of the hot baths. I made it about 15 feet through the door before I was halted by one of the masseuse ladies who motioned a bunch of things, presumably pointing out my sartorial gaffe. She didn't speak English, and I couldn't recall any of the Korean I never learned, so negotiations were brief. In short, she won. Mostly b/c I couldn't take her. Forget images of pillow fights and whipped cream. Think Golden Girls on kimchi. That's not funny, is it? Anyway, I got past the whole thing and it all turned out cool and stuff and here I am to tell you you should go. I think they serve boys too, on the other side of the place but I can't vouch for that since I'm not one, nor did I see any there.
