Today three people contacted me that I haven't talked to in months but have been thinking about over the past couple of days. I see this as a gentle reminder that what we think about we manifest -- good or bad.
It's not easy to always think "good" thoughts -- it certainly can't be forced. In my experience though, the negative thoughts -- the "I can't...", the "I'm not...", etc. become less frequent the more I stop resisting them. It seems a funny concept -- to avoid trying to change -- to try and do nothing. This is just another one of those paradoxes that I don't need to figure out.
